Reply:Are you sure you want a blue dress with blue heels? I think they%26#039;d look way cuter with a white or black dress... just my opinion though. I like to have an accessory that really stands out and dazzles (like those shores) and have a less noticeable ensemble. Believe me, it makes the shoes POP!
